What we collect

Account data: the email address you sign up with, and your subscription status if you have one.

Product data: crash reports and aggregate counts of blocked categories. These are not tied to the sites you visit.

Site data: if you accept optional analytics, aggregate page views on this website.

What we don't collect

We do not log the pages you visit, the searches you run, or the contents of your traffic. Phishing checks are performed against a local database using hashed address prefixes.

How long we keep it

Crash reports are deleted after 90 days. Account data is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account. Aggregate analytics are retained for 14 months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or broker personal data. We use a small number of processors — payment, email delivery, and error reporting — each bound by a data processing agreement and listed in our subprocessor page on request.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete everything. Write to privacy@screenconnectprotection.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
