Using ScreenConnect
You may install and use ScreenConnect on devices you own or control, for personal or business use, subject to the device limits of your plan. Don't resell it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to interfere with other people's systems.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it's been accessed by someone else.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard and keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds are available within 14 days of a charge.
What we can and can't promise
ScreenConnect substantially reduces exposure to tracking, phishing and malware, but no security product eliminates risk entirely. The software is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
